Your responsibilities
- Content-related contact person and responsible for process and data management at Mercedes-Benz AG and Mercedes-Benz Group AG
- Professional and disciplinary management of approx. 15 employees
- Recruitment and formation of a team for process management
- First contact for the relocation of process management roles to Krakow in close coordination with the contact persons of the transferring departments and project management
- Securing of the required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management
- Development of a strong work organization and establishment of a cooperation model with the process managers at Mercedes Benz AG
- Operational excellence in your area of responsibility, steering based on meaningful key performance indicators (KPI) and reporting to divisional management
- Supporting the development of work instructions and guidelines
- Implementation, documentation, and continuous development of the internal control system (ICS)
- Contact for auditors and corporate audit
- Active promotion of continuous improvement processes (CIP)
Our requirements
- Education: Degree in economics or comparable education
- Initial management experience, ideally in a process management function
- Professional and disciplinary management experience and extensive overall understanding of business administration through several years of professional experience in process management, preferably for accounts payable as well as routine handling of common data analysis instruments (e.g. target/actual comparison)
- Confident handling of MS Office
- SAP R/3 or SAP 4HANA (modules MM/FI/BW) desirable
- Overall IT affinity desirable
- Good knowledge of German as well as good written and spoken English
- Individuality: Appreciation, empathy and enthusiasm for working with people, diligence, even with a temporarily high workload
