What you will do:

• Perform reconciliation between supplier outstanding statement and accounts payable open invoices.
• Perform manual corrections and internal audit on booked invoices.
• Maintain regular relationship with suppliers and the Client.
• Monitor payables and unreconciled payment lines.
• Reconcile aged debit and credit items.
• Complete reporting activities and analysis.

Heres what you will need:

• Very good English language skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (min. B2 level is required).
• High accuracy and focus on detail.
• Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment as well as the ability to plan, organize, and perform work in accordance with the targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work second shift between 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (2/3 days weekly) from the office located in Warsaw city center.
