PTP Junior Accountant with German

Company: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź

Requirements:

1. Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
2. 1 year of experience in PTP domain - preferably invoice processing, invoice payment, vendor query, scanning
3. Knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level
4. Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
5. Strong customer orientation
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Very good verbal and written communication skills
8. APOC (Accounts Payable on Cloud) knowledge would be an asset

Responsibilities:

1. Managing Accounts Payable process – from invoice scanning to invoice payment
2. Responding to vendor queries
3. Creation and update of process documentation
4. Collaboration with client, suppliers and other departments
5. Maintaining effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
6. Reaching business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
