Your Role
- Process inflows of payable invoices within the EMEA region into the SAP system.
- Control the accuracy of financial postings, correct errors, and clear open positions on suppliers’ accounts.
- Prepare and present analyses of vendor accounts.
- Ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively participate in the migration of PTP processes.
- Participate and coordinate in month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Perform daily processes according to Standard Operational Procedures and cooperate with the audit department for internal or external controls.
- Support ad‑hoc and non‑standard activities.
- Participate in projects and improvement actions by supporting the Supervisor/Project Manager.
Your Background
- At least 0.5–1 year of professional experience in Accounts Payable processes.
- University graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and the SAP environment.
- Well‑developed prioritization and time‑management skills, good analytical abilities, and a problem‑solving approach.
