Your Role

• Process inflows of payable invoices within the EMEA region into the SAP system.
• Control the accuracy of financial postings, correct errors, and clear open positions on suppliers’ accounts.
• Prepare and present analyses of vendor accounts.
• Ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively participate in the migration of PTP processes.
• Participate and coordinate in month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Perform daily processes according to Standard Operational Procedures and cooperate with the audit department for internal or external controls.
• Support ad‑hoc and non‑standard activities.
• Participate in projects and improvement actions by supporting the Supervisor/Project Manager.

Your Background

• At least 0.5–1 year of professional experience in Accounts Payable processes.
• University graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and the SAP environment.
• Well‑developed prioritization and time‑management skills, good analytical abilities, and a problem‑solving approach.
