Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Working for companys EMEA entities;

  • Entering the invoices on a timely manner to financial tool;

  • Processing the weekly and ad hoc payments;

  • Working with several corporate banks;

  • Entering the payments to corporate banks, checking the status of outgoing payments;

  • Clarifying technical issus with invoices and Purchase Orders in financial tool;

  • Working on AP generic mailbox;

  • Contact with internal stakeholders and external vendors;

  • Performing th month end activities;

  • Execution of monthly P2P controls;

  • Participation in internal process related meetings;

  • Participation in meetings with external service providers;

  • Supporting the transition of processes to new financial tools.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Financial education graduated successfully;

  • 1-2 years of P2P experience ideally in multinational organization;

  • Understanding of P2P processes;

  • Multitasking, self- organized person;

  • Ability to prioritize assigned tasks;

  • Team player, willing to cooperate in a group;

  • Business English writren and spoken at least B2 level;

  • High orientation on details;

  • Nice to have: Intermediate MS Excel skills - v-lookup, pivot, graphs;

  • Experience in P2P contols will be considered as advantage;

  • Experience in PeopleSoft/ SAP S4/ Ariba will be considered as advantage;

  • Flexibility to work 3 days weekly in the office.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
