Responsibilities

• Process inflows of payable invoices within the EMEA region into the SAP system
• Control the accuracy of financial postings, correct errors and clear open positions on suppliers’ accounts
• Prepare and present vendor account summaries
• Maintain effective communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Perform daily processes according to Standard Operational Procedures and collaborate with the audit department in case of internal or external controls
• Assist in ad‑hoc and non‑standard activities
• Support projects and improvement actions by assisting the Supervisor/Project Manager

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in the Accounts Payable process
• University graduate with a background in Accounting, Finance or Economics (preferred)
• Very good command of the English language
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and the SAP environment
• Well‑developed prioritization and time‑management skills, good analytical skills and a problem‑solving approach
