Currently, we are looking for candidates for the position of Sales Representative for one of our clients, a cooperative of breeders, part of a foreign group operating in the cultivation and seed production of agricultural plants across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Professional handling of trade partners;
• Achievement of sales targets;
• Advising on offered varieties;
• Acquiring new clients;
• Promoting the company and its varieties.

Requirements

• Higher education in agriculture, practical knowledge in agronomy and agrotechnology;
• Excellent knowledge of the agricultural market within the assigned region, including direct contact with farms;
• Sales experience with proven success;
• Negotiation skills;
• Independence, openness, goal-oriented attitude towards achieving sales targets;
• Drivers license category B and proficiency in MS Office.
