About Us

Intelek , the producer of the Solarix brand — a leader in the Czech cabling market — is looking for motivated and experienced Sales Representatives who want to be part of our journey as Solarix becomes the most recognized brand in the Polish structured cabling market, where we have already been present for 11 years.

We have operated successfully in the Czech market for over 33 years, and as we continue to expand and strengthen our market position, we are seeking new members to join the Solarix sales team.

We are passionate about sales, customer relationships, and product development. Our 70-person team values collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement. We know that the foundation of our growth and success lies in the dedication of our sales representatives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring new clients and building a strong customer base

  • Maintaining long-term relationships with distributors and key business partners

  • Promoting Solarix products to ensure strong market presence

  • Planning and executing at least 12 client meetings per week

  • Working in a hybrid system — 2 days remote, 3 days visiting clients

  • Reporting results and collaborating with the Warsaw office for sales support

You will have the opportunity to represent a well-known brand in Czech Republik and Slovak with premium-quality products and a clear strategy to become more popular in Poland.

What We Expect

  • Experience in B2B sales of electrical, electrotechnical, or low-voltage products

  • Proven background in B2B sales and distribution,

  • Good understanding of contract and incentive structures,

  • Strong client relationships and a solid professional reputation,

  • Proactive attitude and motivation to achieve measurable results,

  • Willingness to fully understand and represent the Solarix product portfolio.

  1. Initial interview and profile verification plus task as a homework,

  2. In-depth discussion about experience and sales approach,

  3. Reference check as per company policy to ensure professionalism and transparency
