In this role, you will combine field work with office tasks—testing vehicle prototypes in traffic, analyzing data, and collaborating with engineers. The job is fully stationary in Gliwice, in partnership with a global premium automotive manufacturer. We require full‑time availability.

Your tasks

• Implementation of functional tests of OEM customer prototype vehicles
• Verification of the operation of on‑board systems during test drives
• Recording diagnostic data and reporting on detected anomalies
• Working on a test bench (test bench), including simulation of selected events and reproduction of reported cases
• Preparing, configuring and performing software update tests of electronic modules and components
• Analyzing test data in cooperation with engineers and submitting results for further diagnostics
• Participation in the optimization of test procedures and processes within the team

Requirements

• Education or experience related to auto mechanics
• Driving licence cat. B
• Very good knowledge of English or German – minimum B2
• Knowledge of car construction and principles of operation of key systems
• Technical skills related to working on electronic components
• Accuracy, responsibility and ability to work according to procedures
• Passion for automotive and willingness to develop practical skills
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language
• Willingness to work stationary in Gliwice
