Proposal Development and Client Relations Consultant – Katowice

Location: Katowice — 2 days in office / 3 days remote.

Your Opportunity

You will engage in international projects within the global Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team, taking on a dual role of leading project delivery and participating in bid initiatives for government and public sector clients. You will tackle complex assignments, guiding clients through their transformation journeys while leading the bid process to secure new opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage the process of developing technical and business proposals, responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other tender inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across various EY practices.
  • Lead and manage public & private sector projects and programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on project management and governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling bids and proposals that address client needs and highlight EY’s capabilities.

  • Proficient in project management methodologies and bid management processes, preferably for public tenders.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A higher education degree, preferably in business, technology, science, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and bid management, ideally within the public sector or consulting in multicultural settings.
  • Understanding of procurement processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Familiarity with management tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and other relevant software.
  • One or more industry certifications: Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
  • Experience working with international government agencies or public sector organizations.
  • Experience in consulting firms.
