This position is part of our international property ownership and management headquarters, currently focused on managing and developing our real estate portfolio in Poland and neighbouring countries, with the prospect of expanding to a broader international scope in the future.

Responsibilities of the Role
- Manage and develop the company’s real estate portfolio in Poland, with a long-term perspective of expanding the scope to include international properties as the role evolves.
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive real estate inventory (land, industrial, commercial, and residential properties).
- Administrative and technical verification of properties, including coordination of regular technical inspections.
- Identifying potential tenants and investors, conducting negotiations, and managing lease agreements.
- Coordinating modernisation, renovation, and development projects, including managing contractors and tenders.
- Supporting real estate acquisition processes and identifying potential investment opportunities.
- Maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, tenants, and other key stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of multinational experience in property/real estate management, facility management, or a similar role.
- University degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent in English and Polish, knowledge of German will be considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of property administration, real estate regulations, and building maintenance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as part of the role, both within Poland and abroad.
