This position is part of our international property ownership and management headquarters, focused on managing and developing our real estate portfolio in Poland and neighbouring countries, with the prospect of expanding to a broader international scope in the future.
Property Manager
Responsibilities of the Role
- Manage and develop the company’s real estate portfolio in Poland, with a long‑term perspective of expanding the scope to include international properties as the role evolves.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive real estate inventory (land, industrial, commercial, and residential properties).
- Perform administrative and technical verification of properties, including coordination of regular technical inspections.
- Identify potential tenants and investors, conduct negotiations, and manage lease agreements.
- Coordinate modernisation, renovation, and development projects, including managing contractors and tenders.
- Support real estate acquisition processes and identify potential investment opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, tenants, and other key stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of multinational experience in property/real estate management, facility management, or a similar role.
- University degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of German considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of property administration, real estate regulations, and building maintenance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within Poland and abroad as part of the role.
