Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Specialist to assist in the deployment of global capability programs across multiple markets. This role combines coordination, communication, and analytical work – ensuring that each market is well-briefed, supported, and aligned throughout the rollout process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, collect key performance data, and help assess the business impact of the initiatives you support.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the deployment of capability programs across markets
• Engage directly with market representatives – organize briefings, share program details, and align on governance processes
• Provide access to program materials, tools, and assets needed for smooth deployment
• Track progress, collect both business and operational KPIs, and consolidate reports for global visibility
• Analyze program data to assess business outcomes and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Learning & Development, IT, Operations) to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong self‑motivation and ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Solid analytical skills – ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Experience in supporting projects or programs within an international or matrix organization
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Capability Development or Learning & Development programs
• Exposure to Fielo or Fuse platforms (or similar engagement / learning systems)
