Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the implementation of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulations in a large banking project. The role focuses on handling a significant amount of data processing and requires strong Excel skills to ensure the collection, verification, and accurate entry of data into internal systems.
Key Stakeholders:
- Work with operational teams, project managers, product owners, vendor teams, and internal departments (IT, Finance, Legal, Risk).
The project will involve a lot of manual data handling, so attention to detail and accuracy are critical. The role is focused on ensuring the successful implementation of regulatory requirements related to third-party risk management and operational resilience.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Project Support/Coordination, preferably in a large international organization.
- Strong Excel skills, with experience handling large amounts of data.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (including SharePoint) and MS Project.
- Experience in financial services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
