We are looking for a Project Support Officer with 2+ years of experience for a major client based in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Reporting on progress, resources, finance or costings
- Overseeing projects, mitigating risks and solving issues
- Quality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checks
- Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Updating project records
- Preparing test data, testing and reporting on testing
- Preparing, printing and distributing project documentation
- Facilitating and coordinating efficient flow of all working documents
- Drafting documents, such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and methods
- Experience in drafting professional documents, managing correspondence and typing data into electronic systems
- Proficient in using MS Office tools
- Basic knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts
- Experience in testing ICT systems
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps including backlog management, preparation and execution of test plans and dashboard creation
- Knowledge/experience in areas related to border checks, border surveillance or return operations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of higher education
Required certification
At least one certification among:
- PRINCE2 Foundation
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- PM2 Basic
- or an equivalent certification recognized internationally
