responsibilities :
Monitoring project progress, resources, budgets
Supporting project delivery by identifying risks and contributing to issue resolution
Ensuring quality and compliance through data collection, verification, and audits
Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating follow-up actions
Managing relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining and updating project documentation and databases
Preparing and executing test activities, analysing results, and reporting findings
Drafting clear and structured materials such as reports, briefings, presentations, and meeting notes
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years of experience in IT-related environments in project support/coordination
Bachelor degree
Excellent English (C1 level)
At least one certification: PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, PM2 Basic, or another internationally recognized equivalent
Experienced in drafting documents (such as reports, notes, letters, presentations, managing correspondence), dedication to quality of the provided documents
Proficiency in using MS Office tools
At least basic knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts
Knowledge/experience in the area of Schengen Information System (including Member States or EU
Experience in using Azure DevOps (especially in managing backlog, preparing and executing test plans, preparing dashboards)
