We are a rapidly expanding team of professionals who are passionate about project management. We assist our clients with strategy execution by establishing Portfolio, Programme and Project Management standards, sharing PM expertise, and ensuring successful portfolio delivery. We work closely with our Partners across the global PwC Network and other PwC teams (e.g. Financial Crime Unit, Public Sector, Cyber, IT, FS). Our international and diverse team is one of the largest ones of its kind in the world.

Your future role:

1. Providing end-to-end PMO and consulting services to clients from Poland, Germany and other parts of the world independently.
2. Delivering regular status reports, risk, issue, and decision logs.
3. Facilitating meetings, including decision-making meetings.
4. Contributing to quality standards improvement and preparing, analyzing reports & proposing recommendations to next steps.
5. Managing and supervising work of others by leading a small PMO Team on projects/programmes or managing simple projects.
6. Establishing shared document repository, tools and templates to manage: schedule, cost, risk, change, communication and other project constraints.
7. Supporting decision making for the assigned projects/programmes or making project decisions and assisting project lead in following best practices.

Apply if you have:

1. University degree.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English (mandatory).
3. 2-4 years of experience within PMO or 1-3 years of experience in Project Management and project management knowledge, especially related to planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement.
4. Advanced communication skills meaning ability to communicate with different stakeholders, communicating clearly and in a structured way (to the point) and ability to explain business complexity or challenge status quo and propose new solutions.
5. Readiness to take decisions based on business understanding.
6. Skills needed to provide constructive feedback to peers, team members, and broader stakeholders.
7. Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint and/or G Suite applications.

Nice to have:

1. Fluent German or additional language skills, as we offer Language Allowance added on top of your salary (for German and Dutch).
2. Project Management and/or other related certificate/s.
3. Experience in using PM tools (e.g. Jira, monday).
4. Conflict solving skills, ability to support others professional development and experience in people and team management.
