Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support various automation and reporting activities
- Monitor and track the progress of application development
- Clearly communicate project activities between business, technical teams, and management
- Ensure adherence to established project management standards and practices throughout all project phases
- Create, manage, and ensure the quality and accuracy of project documentation using Jira and Confluence
- Assist the project team with daily operational tasks and administrative functions
Qualifications
- Experience using Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or similar roles, ideally in an IT or technology-oriented environment
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- English (minimum B2)
- Ability to think clearly, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders
- A collaborative team player who actively contributes to team objectives
- Knowledge or exposure to Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, AgilePM) is desirable
