Due to continuous growth and new projects, we are looking for our next team member, based in Poznań, for the position of Project Support Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of a dispersed project team
• Remotely recruit team members for ongoing projects in different countries in Europe
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of projects and reporting
• Check and validate data quality (using several IT tools)
• Maintain contact with customers at an operational level
• Participate in project budgets planning
• Work with the sales team, data team and IT team
• Handle administrative project tasks and maintain project documentation

Qualifications

• Higher education (university degree)
• Experience in building and managing project teams
• Practical knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel
• Well-developed analytical thinking and problems solving skills
• Very good English skills (both written and spoken), any other language will be an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience on position related to project coordination
• Ability to learn quickly, be accurate and reliable with great interpersonal and organizational skills
