Support Project Managers with meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
Own and manage assigned tasks and issues, escalating when necessary
Maintain project roadmaps and ensure accurate updates in Jira, Planner, and related tools
Monitor Service Desk incidents and collaborate with teams to support timely resolution
Coordinate with IT teams during urgent or emergency situations
Track and manage SDLC activities for assigned digital products using Jira and Confluence
Maintain visual project and SDLC plans to support progress tracking
Review business analysis documentation and provide feedback to Business Owners
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate deliverables, and log defects or requirements in Jira
Track approvals, feedback, and testing outcomes, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
requirements-expected :
Previous experience in project coordination, successful management of projects from initiation to completion
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and SharePoint
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally and attention to detail
Proficiency in English (knowledge of Turkish/Polish is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree completed or in the process of completion, preferable in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related fields
