Were looking for Project/Service Manager for our client from pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will cooperate closely with the Product Manager , Product Owners and Portfolio Manager. The goal of the project is to support a large workplace services platform, which consists of many components (including Gmail, Meet, Zoom, Sharepoint, Trello, etc.) and is constantly developing to ensure the best possible conditions for work, workflow and delivery of services and products of the highest quality

• Minimum 5 years of experience in work related to software development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in multicultural, international environments (medium to large projects).
• Experience and good knowledge of Project Management methodologies, both waterfall and agile
• Good understanding of Program and Portfolio management
• Experience in Service Delivery Management
• Good knowledge of project management methods (PMP or Prince2 practicioner certification)
• Knowledge of good practices on IT service delivery market, such as ITIL
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of HPSM/SNOW and Jira tools
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and Release Management process
• Communication skills and skills to cooperate inside a global organization
• English C1/ C2 level
