Project Senior Specialist, Product Change role in Mondelēz organizational structure is responsible for project managing business change initiatives – for example product innovation, pack change, quality improvement, limited edition – from project initiation through to implementation & launch. This role is part of our Bakery category which gives you a unique chance to work with such brands as Oreo, Milka, Delicje, Belvita, San Łakotki, Prince, etc.
This role interfaces extensively with Consumer Marketing, Customer Development / Business Planning, Finance, RD&Q, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights and all functions within Global Supply Chain (Procurement, Artwork Agency, Manufacturing and Customer Service and Logistics), to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
As a Project Senior Specialist, you will have various exciting possibilities of growth in our Company, both vertical and lateral. Your next potential role in the team could be Project Manager and after that, Senior Project Manager.
