Project Sales Manager

Recruitment for

Currently, for one of our best Clients, an international market leader in the furniture industry, we are seeking the best person to take on a role as a Project Sales Manager in Poland.

This role is accountable for developing and growing partnership relations with Investors, End Customers and Architects in southern Poland for best-selling brands of the company.

Your responsibilities

  • Establishing relations with Investors, End Customers and Architects
  • Responsibility for topline of all Brands from the portfolio
  • Direct active project sourcing in cooperation with decision makers
  • Managing customer databases, creating a project acquisition strategy through the segmentation process
  • Strong co-operation with business partners and dealers

Employer requirements

  • Knowledge of the B2B industry, preferably furniture or related industries
  • Key Account and Project Management experience (min. 2-3 years), preferably from a company offering products on the Polish market
  • Proven experience in working with End customers and Investors offices is a must (preferably in furniture industry)
  • Fluency in Polish and very good English skills (B2/C1)
  • Very good ability to sell premium products
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Open for new challenges with pro-active and goal-oriented attitude
  • Very good people and interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate well with others
  • High level of flexibility and willingness to travel
