Role Overview
The Program Manager will be responsible for driving all aspects of program management for strategic initiatives. This role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Governance & Planning
- Develop and maintain Project Charter and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Establish governance structure and run fortnightly governance calls with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Proactively identify risks and elevate issues as appropriate.
- Drive mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of dependencies.
- Execution & Tracking
- Monitor program progress against timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
- Track action items and chase stakeholders for timely closure.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and processes.
- Communication & Reporting
- Prepare and circulate program status reports for leadership review.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations effectively.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Manage program documentation and artifacts via SharePoint.
- Ensure version control and accessibility of all program‑related documents.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 10–12 years in Program/Project Management within IT services or BFSI domain.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, RAID management tools.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and 활용 on governance.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability.
- Expertise in risk management and escalation processes.
- Hands‑on experience in managing large‑scale programs with distributed teams.
