• Ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout all phases of the project.
• Draft, update, and manage quality documentation (Quality Plans, audits, reports, checklists, FMEA).
• Support project managers and technical teams in monitoring processes and activities using the APQP tool.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections of processes and suppliers.
• Identify nonconformities, analyze their causes, and define corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor project-related KPIs and quality indicators.
• Coordinate quality communications with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Our requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written.
• At least 5 years experience in the automotive industry, developing and manufacturing seats.
• Availability for weekly travel to the Stuttgart office (de Recaro Germany) to share data with project teams and hold client meetings.
• Technical training or experience in quality/project management.
• Basic knowledge of IATF and VDA regulations (active VDA certification preferred).
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FMEA tools
• Analytical, problem-solving, and document management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Good command of the main IT tools (Office suite, quality software).
