Project/Programme Manager (Middle East Projects)

PwC Polska is looking for an experienced Project/Programme Manager to lead client projects across the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects and internal initiatives from initiation to successful closure.
• Advise clients on project, programme & portfolio management standards best suitable to their business.
• Lead project and PMO teams on diverse engagements to achieve project goals.
• Actively contribute to PMO growth strategy through offering and team capabilities development.
• Build effective relationships with clients and within PwC network.
• Support development of other PMO team members through mentoring and coaching.
• Travel with prolonged on-site presence for ME region engagements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to extensively travel within Middle East region (up to 50% onsite presence).
• 8+ years experience in management of large scale projects / delivering senior PMO functions.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt, take initiative and ownership of tasks.
• Fluency in English.
• Leadership experience and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to solve complex problems and engage team in the process.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (PMBoK, PRINCE2, IPMA level B and above).
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• Programme and/or portfolio management experience.
• Consulting and/or business development experience.
• Knowledge of PPM software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project family, other PPM SaaS tools).
