Project/Programme Manager – Middle East Projects (PwC Polska)


We are a team of committed project, programme and portfolio management professionals driven by excellence, continuous growth, creativity and common sense. We support clients through designing & implementing PM standards & technology, and by helping them deliver their current projects.


Your future role



  • Manage client projects and internal initiatives from initiation to successful closure.

  • Advise clients on project, programme & portfolio management standards best suitable to their business (including comprehensive current processes analysis, design of future state and transformation delivery).

  • Lead project and PMO teams on diverse engagements to achieve project goals.

  • Actively contribute to PMO growth strategy through offering and team capabilities development.

  • Build effective relationships with clients and within PwC network.

  • Support development of other PMO team members through mentoring and coaching.

  • Travel with prolonged on‑site presence for ME region engagements.


Apply if you have



  • Ability to extensively travel within the Middle East region (up to 50% onsite presence).

  • 8+ years experience in management of large scale projects / delivering senior PMO functions.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and able to cope well under pressure.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Leadership experience and emotional intelligence.

  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies and frameworks (PMBoK, PRINCE2, IPMA level B and above would be an asset).

  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.


Nice to have



  • Programme and/or portfolio management experience.

  • Consulting and/or business development experience.

  • Knowledge of PPM software eg. JIRA, MS Project family, other PPM SaaS tools.
