Project/Programme Manager – Middle East Projects (PwC Polska)

Your future role
- Manage client projects and internal initiatives from initiation to successful closure.
- Advise clients on project, programme & portfolio management standards best suitable to their business (including comprehensive current processes analysis, design of future state and transformation delivery).
- Lead project and PMO teams on diverse engagements to achieve project goals.
- Actively contribute to PMO growth strategy through offering and team capabilities development.
- Build effective relationships with clients and within PwC network.
- Support development of other PMO team members through mentoring and coaching.
- Travel with prolonged on‑site presence for ME region engagements.
Apply if you have
- Ability to extensively travel within the Middle East region (up to 50% onsite presence).
- 8+ years experience in management of large scale projects / delivering senior PMO functions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and able to cope well under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
- Leadership experience and emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies and frameworks (PMBoK, PRINCE2, IPMA level B and above would be an asset).
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Nice to have
- Programme and/or portfolio management experience.
- Consulting and/or business development experience.
- Knowledge of PPM software eg. JIRA, MS Project family, other PPM SaaS tools.
