Responsibilities

• Support bidding and project teams in purchasing activities.
• Prepare budgets and procurement plans; analyze project needs.
• Prepare pricing for tendering.
• Develop and implement procurement strategy for projects, including coordination of key materials and services and strategic planning.
• Manage procurement budget and optimize costs.
• Monitor risk and delays in deliveries.
• Coordinate cross‑department communication.
• Report within the organization.
• Operate procurement systems.
• Support negotiations with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Higher technical or economic education (preferred: construction, transport, telecommunications, logistics).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and delivery logistics.
• Ability to manage project budget and coordinate schedules.
• Familiarity with ERP/OCM and project management tools.
• Analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Experience as a buyer or analyst is a plus.
