Project Manager – Procurement Transformation Location: Warsaw, hybrid Contract Type: Umowa o pracę tymczasową, 6 months initial contract 15000-18000zl gross/month We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead procurement transformation initiatives focused on spend management, platform implementation, and data-driven reporting. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement and spend management projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget Coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, IT, Finance, and external partners Support implementation and integration of SAP and Ariba (plus related tools such as Concur, Icertis) Manage project reporting, risks, KPIs, and stakeholder communication Enable spend analytics, savings tracking, and compliance reporting through data integration and reporting solutions Drive process improvements, change management, and user adoption What You Bring Proven experience in procurement, spend management, or finance transformation projects Hands-on exposure to SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) and Ariba Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and reporting Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have PMP or similar certification Experience in life sciences or global procurement environments
