Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Warsaw (hybrid model)

Role Overview

The Ideal candidate understands customer dynamics and needs. Plans and coordinates all aspects of engineering projects from inception to implementation. Has the capability to deliver actionable activities to the business on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages multiple, concurrent projects across the program portfolio
• Coordinates activities of large, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve complex project objectives and outcomes
• Facilitates effective communication and information flow among all team members and stakeholders
• Proactively identifies and helps remove project barriers and roadblocks
• Develops, tracks, and reports on project progress, schedules, and key project metrics
• Oversees large-scale assignments and projects involving multiple technology systems and significant organizational impact
• Takes on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years managing IT projects
• 2 to 4 years of project or team lead experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent technical qualifications from recognized institution
• Effective communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of project management applications

Preferred

• Experience with highly complex, e.g. tight schedules, volatile scope, projects with multitude of competing priorities.
• Has advanced knowledge of / skills in engineering fields like software, hardware, firmware, or project management techniques and methods
• Proficiency in Clarity and JIRA is highly desirable
• Previous experience in a similar gaming or lottery industry setting
• PMP Certification
• Scrum Master Certification (PSM or CSM)
