responsibilities :

Efficient project management in accordance with company standards, methods, and best professional practices
Define, manage, and control scope, schedule, budget, and effectively plan resources
Provide project products and tasks according to defined scope, schedule, budget and quality
Organize, lead and control the work of the project team, motivate, solve conflicts
Monitor KPIs related to the delivery process and take corrective actions
Ensure proper communication in the project, in particular in the field of team management, sponsor and stakeholders relationship, project progress and status reporting, decision-making process and escalations
Effective management of risks and problems
Ensure the completeness and quality of project documentation

requirements-expected :

Proven experience gained in the financial/banking sector (regulatory)
Experience in managing subcontractors and stakeholders
Knowledge of the methodology of project management at an advanced level – confirmed by a certificate (PMI / PMP or/and PRINCE2 Practitioner) - will be an advantage
Solid understanding of agile/ waterfall project management and service management methodologies
Technical knowledge in the field of designing and building IT systems
Practical ability to use technologies in the field of project management
Highly developed team management and communication skills
Leadership and the ability to lead and motivate a team
Independence and good organization of work
Very good command of the English language – as a must
Readiness towork in the US time zone
Willingness to come to the office in Krakow once a month
