Project Manager with German (Strategic Projects)

Your responsibilities
- manage complex projects in organizational transformation, regulatory, IT security and process implementation
- be responsible for initiation, planning, staffing, financials, execution and monitoring of projects
- manage project team, assess risks and synergies in new types of projects in the corporate environment
- analyse and develop pragmatic approaches and solutions
- introduce of solutions into existing and new processes and IT systems
- manage stakeholders actively and provide reporting
- prepare, conduct and follow up on meetings and workshops
Our requirements
- university degree (bachelor or master) with at least 5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordinator or Project Manager role
- Consulting experience or similarly competitive position in financial sector is a plus
- project management certification (Prince2, PMI or equivalent) as well as knowledge of different project delivery methods is considered an asset
- goal-oriented and can-do mentality
- high motivation with a high level of responsibility and reliability
- analytical and conceptual minded with a high client-focus
- well-rounded PowerPoint and Excel skills, MS Project is an asset
- strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization in German and English, with both language as must-have
