To be successful with projects you need:

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• German proficiency at Advanced level
• Possession of one of the following certificates: IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar (in project management)
• At least 1 year of project management experience
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to set priorities
• Ability to prepare project/technical documentation
• Understanding of information system architecture and modern IT technologies
• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them
• Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and strong management abilities
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Knowledge of PMBoK and proficiency in key project management methodologies (priority given to Agile)
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and/or similar systems

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of other foreign languages (Italian, Spanish, French) at B2 level
• Knowledge of modern AI tools and experience using them at work
