Main Responsibilities:

• Managing IT projects and preparing client proposals – planning and executing project scope, budget, and quality
• Organizing and conducting requirement analysis sessions with clients, including meetings and Product Discovery workshops
• Collaborating with clients at every stage of project execution: from needs analysis through solution concept creation to implementation
• Preparing project documentation (Solution Concepts, Statements of Work)
• Coordinating the development team’s activities and maintaining ongoing communication between clients and technical teams
• Managing project risk, schedules, and monitoring project progress
• Stakeholder Management
• Reporting project outcomes to clients and management

Requirements:

• Fluent proficiency in German and English enabling effective business communication and handling of project documentation
• Experience in managing IT projects, with good understanding of IT technologies, facilitating effective communication with clients and development teams (technical experience is a plus, but not a must)
• Knowledge of Product Discovery methodologies
• Project risk and dependency management skills
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective time and priority management skills
• Creativity and drive for innovation
• Willingness to travel and flexibility for occasional client visits
