Key Responsibilities Managing and delivering complex IT projects end-to-end Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders Planning, monitoring, and controlling project scope, timeline, and budget Leading negotiations related to project delivery, priorities, and resources Ensuring structured and well-documented project execution Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in managing complex IT projects Fluency in German (spoken and written) Strong organizational and structured working style Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Nice to Have Experience in international or multicultural project environments Background in IT or software development projects
