Your tasks

• Lead complex, cross‑functional programs to achieve objectives on time, within scope, and on budget while tracking progress using KPIs and proactively mitigating risks
• Act as the main contact for stakeholders, facilitating executive briefings, workshops, and steering committee meetings while managing expectations and resolving conflicts effectively
• Collaborate with Change Management teams to drive user adoption and organizational readiness, supporting communication and training strategies for successful implementation
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, escalating critical decisions with recommended actions and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
• Inspire collaboration and high performance across teams, conducting post-program reviews and recommending process improvements to enhance PMO maturity

Requirements

• At least 10 years of senior project/program management experience, including managing complex, multi‑project programs
• Proven experience in Finance Transformation initiatives and familiarity with Finance domains such as FP&A, BP&A, ISCF, or Controllership
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Good command of English enabling fluent communication in an international environment
• Residing in Poland required
