Required Qualifications:

- Highly proactive, self-driven, and passionate about leading innovation in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Strong grasp of software development processes, particularly with Android-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies for software development.
- Fluent in both English and Korean.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with globally distributed, multi-location teams.
- Expertise in managing the full product lifecycle, from inception to delivery.
- Familiarity with automotive product development and technologies.
