We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead High Voltage Products and Power Transmission projects in the high-voltage sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrotechnics, project management, and a customer‑oriented approach. This role involves both local work in Katowice and remote work possibilities.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage projects or sub‑projects, ensuring seamless execution in alignment with global processes.

- Offer Management
- Review offers for compliance with requests and identify/resolve inconsistencies or deviations in collaboration with clients.
- Claim Management
- Negotiate increases/decreases with the client. Prepare and, after approval by superiors, send supplementary claims.
- Specification Management
- Clarify discrepancies between specifications and offer descriptions with the client. Compare orders and offers, document deviations, update project status, prepare for and participate in project reviews.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in managing projects or sub‑projects in plant construction, preferably turnkey high‑voltage switchgear and substations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high‑voltage substations or similar fields.
- Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written. German language skills are advantageous.
- Certified Project Management through PMI, IPMA, or equivalent is desired or already achieved.
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams with multiple interfaces and a high local project component.
- Expertise in team building, fostering a positive and high‑performing team culture.
- Experience in managing projects with high financial, technical, and commercial risks.
- Willingness to work short‑term at various locations or construction sites and to travel within Europe and globally.
