Your responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects efficiently, ensuring they meet approved objectives and scope
• Secure execution within budget, quality, and time constraints using mandatory processes and frameworks
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Foster collaboration and engagement across teams
• Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Facilitate dialogue, decision-making, and conflict resolution within projects
• Promote Agile best practices such as Scrum and SAFe

• In-depth knowledge of VMware
• Proven experience in establishing, leading, and delivering projects
• Ability to work independently and take on managerial responsibilities
• Expertise in project management methodologies and staying updated on best practices
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe
• Certifications such as PSM, SAFe, PMI, Prince2 (or equivalent)
