How you will get the job done establishing and maintaining processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks ensuring adherence and adoption of Munich RE’s project management methodology – ‘MR Essentials’ defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities and managing delivery of the project according to this plan tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget, in accordance with approved authorities and change processes identifying and mitigating potential risks managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction Skills and experience you will need fluency in English university degree preferably in Computer engineering/IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualification 3 years of experience in delivering IT or digital projects preferably in Financial Services or a regulated industry advanced business knowledge about asset or investment management processes and a good understanding of the technical asset management infrastructure is an asset; ideally familiar with our core system SimCorp Dimension successful coordination of project deliverables ability to manage project costs and budgets to agreed baselines organizational skills and ability to coordinate the efforts of others involved in the delivery of projects, including negotiating deadlines and commitments ability to work globally across businesses and international cultures to deliver results ITIL, Scrum or PMI certification proactivity and high problem-solving competence Perks & Benefits Lets be healthy Medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
