Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing Development

Your role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects within the Manufacturing Development department, reporting to our VP & General Manager in Szczecin. The team will consist of 3 Project Managers. You will have a close collaboration with our teams in both Poland and Denmark and our global suppliers and customers who are among the largest and most advanced in the medical device industry.

Your main tasks will include:

• Leading project teams to achieve ambitious goals
• Creating project plans and budgets
• Planning and balancing resource utilization
• Supporting product launch and post-launch phases as needed
• Representing the project team in effective communication with customers
• Supervising project-related activities across departments
• Managing both minor and major manufacturing development- and optimization projects

Qualifications

• A relevant technical university degree (Engineering, preferably)
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in an international production company (medtech industry experience and project management certification is an advantage)
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level – upper intermediate), as you will work closely with colleagues in Denmark and interact with foreign suppliers and customers
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering, automation, designing or similar fields (advantage)
• Experience with ISO 13485 and Design Control (advantage)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• MS Project or other Project Management tool would be an advantage
• Creative, innovative, with a quality mindset and strong analytical skills
• Effective planning-, priority setting-, and organizational skills
• Consistency in achieving goals
• A team player who motivates colleagues and delegates effectively
• Willingness to travel up to 20 days per year
