The Project Manager – SAP MDG will lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP Master Data Governance across key. The role requires strong project governance, business engagement, and coordination of cross-functional SAP and data teams to ensure delivery of a scalable, high-quality master data governance framework.

• 8–15+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years managing SAP MDG programs, 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of MDG domains: Material, BP/Customer/Vendor, Finance, EAM (as applicable).
• Hands-on understanding of data models, workflows, BRF+, UI modeling, data replication, and integration frameworks.
• Experience in global/multi-country SAP programs and enterprise data governance environments.
• Strong project management capabilities (PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred).
• Ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of master data processes, MDM/MDG frameworks, and data quality management concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, BODS/SLT, Information Steward, and migration tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management abilities.
• Ability to work in complex, matrixed global environments.
• High ownership, accountability, and structured project delivery mindset.

,[Lead full lifecycle SAP MDG projects including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare. , Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans. , Drive master data governance strategy, including data models, workflows, validation rules, and ownership structures. , Conduct business workshops for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process design. , Manage cross-functional teams—functional consultants, technical developers, data architects, and integration teams. , Oversee configuration, workflow (BRF+), UI modeling, replication, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems. , Lead data migration strategy, cleansing, validation, and cutover execution. , Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / Agile methodology and internal PMO standards. , Maintain stakeholder alignment through Steering Committee meetings and leadership updates. , Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards. , Support user training, change management, and knowledge transition activities.
