For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Project Manager (SAP & Change Management).

responsibilities :

Finalize a project overview, concept and mission
Act as the primary liaison between Rollout, Data, PMO, QM, and Project Leadership teams
Ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment of deliverables across all project teams
Drive the consolidation across impacted teams
Identify and mitigate risks related to the integration and change
Redesign and implement streamlined processes for managing interfaces between project teams
Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistent collaboration and decision-making
Monitor adherence to agreed-upon project standards and deliverables
Design a comprehensive change management plan to guide stakeholders through the transition
Assess the impact of changes on processes, roles, and responsibilities across teams
Develop communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities

requirements-expected :

Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, including SAP Rollout or ERP transformation projects
Experience in change management in complex organisations
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and the processes involved in its implementation or roll-out
Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
Strong leadership skills
Very good English and Polish
