We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Salesforce development/consulting and hybrid project management to lead a high-impact project within the Financial Services sector. This role requires a solid understanding of both Salesforce technology and the complexities of managing fix-price projects.

Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce development and consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage hybrid project methodologies, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, clients, and teams in a fixed-price environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Salesforce developers, consultants, and business stakeholders) to design, implement, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure proper communication between internal teams and external clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with project timelines, scope, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in Salesforce implementations within the Financial Services domain.
Our requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Consultant, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and tools.
- Strong experience in managing hybrid projects (including Agile and Waterfall) in a fixed-price model.
- Solid background in the Financial Services sector, with familiarity with industry-specific challenges and requirements.
- Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level), both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.
