Project Manager (HoReCa Projects) — Poland
About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate implementation projects for HoReCa clients (restaurants, café chains, hospitality groups). The role includes planning, execution control, communication with internal teams and clients, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Location: Poland — we consider candidates who are already based in Poland Format: Hybrid (office + remote) Reports to: COO

- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, SaaS, or system integration projects.
- Experience working with HoReCa, retail, or similar service-based environments is an advantage.
- Understanding of basic system implementation workflows (POS, inventory, ERP, payment systems).
- Familiarity with Agile / Kanban / Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Languages: English (B2+) + Russian (working level). Polish is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with POS systems (Syrve, iiko, Poster, Lightspeed, Micros, etc.).
