• We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Project Manager with knowledge of russian and english languages.

• Actively participate in all phases regarding external projects;
• Manage projects according to defined and agreed scope, time, budget and quality, in accordance with the organizations procedures, legal regulations as well as an appropriate approach focused on the projects bottom line;
• Prepare and supervise project documentation;
• Working closely with other departments, primarily the technology department and with internal and external service providers and contractors;
• Managing project teams (including building teams, delegating and prioritizing tasks, motivating);
• Analyzing and reporting to stakeholders and senior management on project progress and financial performance.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management;
• Ability to lead external projects and collaborate with other departments in the company;
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management according to agile and classical methodologies (PRINCE2/AGILE/SCRUM);
• Higher education (technical /project management majors preferred);
• Self-motivated and proactive approach;
• Experience in monitoring, controlling and reporting on projects;
• Excellent communication, teamwork and good atmosphere building skills;
• Professionalism, meticulousness, creativity and self-reliance in problem solving.
• Knowledge of Russian and English at - B2 level (essential).
