Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the development of renewable energy projects, from start to finish
• Leading and managing the team
• Liaising with engineers and contractors for effective project implementation
• Managing official procedures, construction processes, environmental planning
• Overseeing every stage of the project
• Cooperation with external partners
• Support in negotiating contracts
• Maintaining and updating project schedules
• Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, local authorities

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in energy, renewable energy, land management, or environmental engineering).
• Fluency in Polish and communicative English.
• Experience in project management within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for business; valid category B driving license.
• Proficiency in MS Office
