As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation projects across our global operations. The role involves project planning and execution of medium‑sized projects within your specialist area. You will ensure the quality and timely delivery of agreed deliverables. You will work closely with factory teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and facilitate the adoption of new solutions that enhance both technology and human‑centric innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all project targets align with the overall GD strategy.
  • Apply project‑management best practices and follow the Project Management & Development Manual.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional project teams and allocate resources effectively.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative working environment within the project team.
  • Collaborate closely with Group Marketing, OPCOs, and the patent team to secure and protect ideas.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders, Programme Managers, and Portfolio Directors.
  • Manage project documentation, reports, and SharePoint project sites.
  • Prepare quarterly inputs for TYCE and ensure proper project closure with full documentation.
  • Ensure project activities comply with SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) and local work‑environment regulations.
  • Secure high‑quality safety risk assessments for internal teams and OPCO collaborators.
  • Ensure team members understand relevant safety requirements.
  • Identify end‑user needs and translate them into development goals and technical requirements.
  • Provide specialist knowledge to support R&D initiatives, including analysis, problem‑solving, and innovation.
  • Continuously evaluate project outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.

What You Will Bring

We are seeking a proactive, adaptable individual who is comfortable navigating complex environments and working with a variety of stakeholders, from factory operators to senior management. Candidates should have:

  • Degree in Engineering or similar.
  • Knowledge about project management.
