We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Project Manager with experience in Public Sector.
responsibilities :
Active participation in all phases of external projects within the public sector;
Managing projects in accordance with the defined and agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality, adhering to organizational procedures, legal regulations, and a results-oriented approach focused on the financial outcome of the project;
Preparing and overseeing project documentation;
Close collaboration with other departments, especially with the Management Board within the organization, as well as with internal and external service providers and contractors;
Managing project teams (including team building, task delegation and prioritization, and motivation);
Analyzing and reporting project progress and financial outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
requirements-expected :
A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management;
Ability to lead internal projects and collaborate with the Management Board;
Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methodologies, both agile and traditional (PRINCE2/AGILE/SCRUM);
Higher education (preferably in technical fields or project management);
Independence in action and a proactive approach;
Experience in project monitoring, control, and reporting;
Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and creating a positive atmosphere;
Professionalism, attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving independence;
Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
