  • Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
  • Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO)
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Transportation Management
  • Warehousing
  • Commercial Operations

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Project Manager for direct procurement-related processes in SAP S4/HANA and GEP Nexxe.
• Align procurement processes with the ASPIRE Ecosystem (Demand-to-Pay template).
• Propose and implement improvements that add value to Direct Procurement.
• Represent Direct Procurement in workshops and fit-to-template sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Business Process Management and other stakeholders.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure continuous communication.
• Represent Diagnostic Direct Procurement within the ASPIRE program using an agile (SAFe) framework.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take action to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and support local sites and stakeholders during deployment phases (testing, data migration, training).
• Inspire and guide deployment and partner teams for seamless collaboration.
• Document experiences and share best practices to support future deployments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields (Project Management, Business Process Management, IT, Procurement).
• Hands-on business experience in Procurement is a strong advantage.
• Deep experience with SAP R3 and SAP S4/HANA (especially SAP MM); experience with GEP Nexxe is a plus.
• International or global project/program experience, preferably in transformational initiatives.
• Strong end-to-end business process understanding and technical expertise in Direct Procurement.
• Knowledge of related processes such as VMI, CMO, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Warehousing, and Commercials.
• Agile mindset with the ability to work flexibly and efficiently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proven track record in leading change initiatives.
• Business fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
